This week our little bro Jared left on his mission. SAD, SAD, SAD. He got called to Russia. It was so fun getting to spend the last couple of days with him. The night before he left we went to the Salt Lake Temple. It was so pretty there. They had all the Christmas lights on and there was just a fun "Christmasy" feeling in the air. It was wonderful.
We walked around and looked at the lights on temple square....ahhh...so cute...
This temple is amazing and so beautiful.

These two are so much alike. Toni wanted to watch Nacho Libre with Trace, Spencer, and Jared before he left. She says it would be hilarious to watch it with them. I must agree. I love watching movies with them because they laugh at EVERYTHING!! (Momma Toni will just have to wait 2 years!)

Don't be sad for Jared. I'm sure he will have a great two years in Russia. He'll be a great missionary. And I see that Brody is already using his new jumper seat we gave him. Does he like to sit in it? Is he quite the little jumper??? Love you!
I'm sure it was bitter sweet! I'm sure he'll be a great missionary and keep the other missionaries laughing! Someday me and Cody will see SLC temple all lit up! And Brody is cute as ever...as are you and Tracy!

haha!! Our Christmas party with all of the Joe City folks was the best ever. The gifts that everyone gave, well they don't get any better.
I sure do miss you as well. Someday it would the best to be neighbors. Surprise is a lovely little place. I wish you would come down someday.

Yuu guys do look great! The temple looks so beautiful. I cant believe Jared is old enough to go on a mission! Crazy. Oh, and I LOVE Nacho Libre. It is seriously on my top 5 favorite movies of all time. That reminds me, I need to watch it again. " They dont think I know a butt load of crap about nothin', but I Dewwwwww" ( or something like that)hahaha
