Ok, so maybe I'm a little late posting this. Get off me.
In 2009
{Trace will...}
Take 21 credits in the Spring Semester, 10 in the summer, and 18 next fall.
He'll work extra hard and tone down his sarcasm level 1.5 notches so that he can get the manager's job at UPS. (Crossing my fingers.)
But he must continue to use sarcasm and laughter to brighten up my life.
Take Brody to the zoo or on some adventurous vacation.
Run a marathon...ok, that's a lie.
Turn 26.
Do at least 10 jumping jacks per diem.
Play with and tickle (to almost the point of torchure) his son....and wife.
Go to church, fulfil his callings, honor his priesthood.
Be the best dad and husband in a hundred mile radius.
{Taralee will...}
sleep, eat, school, work, sleep, eat, school, work, eat, sleep...
(Ok, probably a little more detailed than that.)
Make Brody and Trace laugh as much as I can.
Love Trace like he just got home from the war.
Take 18 credits in the Spring, 15 in the summer, and 18 next fall. I plan to graduate NEXT year.
Continue to make my house a home.
Control my temper...or at least attempt to.
Swim across the Atlantic. (Not really, just making sure you're awake.)
Turn 26- that honestly sounds so old.
Spend more time in the great outdoors.
Make more crafts, quilts, and home decor.
Go to Enrichment...seriously, you heard me...Go to Enrichment.
Live life to the fullest and love those around me....especially my TWO boys.
{Brody will...}
Continue to make his parent's laugh...a lot.
Develop his vocabulary.
Learn to say, "I love you" clearly...we are ALMOST there.
Be healthy, happy, and full of energy.
Continue to be the cutest, most handsome, redhead that I know.
Enjoy being a kid.
Happy New Years! Hope yours will be as good as ours!

sounds real nice! what about another baby? please! good luck to trace with management! i'm just hoping for a job....blasted! and good luck with enrichment...yikes.
i love how you write things down. It's always fun to read what you write. We know you'll be so busy but you can both hang in there and graduate. You're awesome!
Those are great things to accomplish for the year! :) And that is hard work with school, but it will be over before you know it!
Baa! 'Love Trace like he just got home from the war'. Where do you come up with this stuff? I think we need to be friends. I think this more and more everytime I read your blog. Except you'd be the hilarious friend and I'd be the boring/less attractive friend. Haha. Oh well.
I wish you didn't make me laugh in teh middle of class. :) I hope you guys have the best year ever. And hopefully I can get to see you this summer sometime. I hate that we're so far away from each other! I think I'm going to need to make a list and post it soon too. That way I can keep in line as to what I need to do with my life. And maybe instead of eat all the time you could throw in some exercise. (I'm totally kidding)
I love your blog so much! I just laugh till tears start rolling! Best dad in a hundred mile radius! Good luck with school you both are doing a wonderful job!
chillen', chillen', minden' my bizness... Yo Salt I looked up and couldn't believe this.. I swear I stared, my niece my witness....
Thanks for getting that in my head right before I head out to ENRICHMENT! Ha! Good post. I'm very proud of you for going to school as a mommy. I'm thinking very seriously, but non-commitedly about starting up again. :S ugh. I want to cry just thinking about it! Your new blog look is dAAWLING!
I am seriously impressed that you are planning on attending enrichment. THATS FANTASTIC! You are a busy gal. Kudos to you. I couldn't be mom, student and work that way. Fabulous. I am going to quit using f words in 2009 :)
Those are some nice goals for the Porter bunch. I should really think about setting some for myself (ok I have a few). Great job with the whole school thing. I haven't used my degree yet, but I am sure glad I have it. You will too.
As for the Jesus Decor, they brought back a few fond memories for me as well.
Miss ya...
