We went to our wonderful home town state of Arizona to bless Brody. It was quite the trip. We left Friday night when Trace got off work. We drove all night with no major complications...besides almost hitting some sheeps and some wild horses on the Rez! When we got to Show Low, Nanna and Grandpa watched Brody while Trace and I got some rest. We hung out all day and then had a going away party for Rustin that night. (He left to go to dental school in New York....I have mixed feelings about it!) Anyway, after the party we drove over to Heber. We blessed Brody the next morning at The Porter house. We dressed Brody in the same outfit that Trace (and I'm sure the rest of his brothers) was blessed in. He looked so cute and SOOO chubby! The blessing was beautiful. Trace did such a good job. Then after that I was supposed to say a few words, but ofcourse I got all choked up and tongue-tied...I really don't know what I said. Anyway, the cool part about Brody's blessing was that Beau and Shaunalee blessed Kaleb the same day. It was also so wonderful to have all of Trace's brothers there (besides Devin) and all my family too. That little boy has some great uncles to look up to as heros and role models!!

Oh my goodness he is so adorable! I love his chubbyness- and he looks so cute in that outfit. I'm sure you are one proud mama. =) I wish we could have been there!
